My Local Sphere LLC (“My Local Sphere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.mlsphere.net and the My Local Sphere client-retention platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact and account information. When you create an account, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Phone numbers and message content. If you use our messaging features (for example, missed-call text-back), we collect the phone numbers you provide and the content of messages sent through the Service.

Business and customer data you provide. When you import client lists or use our playbooks (reviews, reactivation, referrals, gifting), we process the customer data you upload, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and milestone dates.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage information. We automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit.

2. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages:

• What we send. Transactional and customer-care messages related to our Service, such as missed-call text-backs, appointment and order updates, review requests, and account notices. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts to numbers that have not opted in.
• How often. Message frequency varies by use. For missed-call text-back, you will typically receive one message per missed call. Other account messages are sent as needed, generally no more than a few per month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts to that number unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:
